Passionate about music since an early age through initiation to the piano and flute, I discovered the BPO when I attended one of their concerts. Really appreciating the quality of the orchestra’s music, I checked out their website to get some more information on future concerts. Via the site, I learned that the BPO was on the lookout for volunteers; I then joined the orchestra by offering my help on an administrative level. It’s now been several months that I have volunteered for the BPO and I am delighted: it’s a real joy to help out the BPO and to see from another angle the organisational side of a real philharmonic orchestra.
